OFG è alla ricerca di un **HubSpot Implementation Strategist **(HIS) che si unisca al nostro Team Revenue Operations di Milano.
**L'Hubspot Implementation Strategist si occupa di analizzare e implementare in termini funzionali progetti di Marketing Automation, CRM/Sales Automation e Customer Success**.
I progetti di Revenue Operations hanno generalmente lo scopo di attrarre, ingaggiare e fidelizzare clienti e di snellire i processi di go to market e post-vendita.
Si basano su metodologie di Sales Enablement, Account-Based Experience, Inbound Marketing & Sales, Customer Service & Success.
**L'HIS si occupa anche di integrazione e migrazione di HubSpot**.
Stima l'effort e l'elapsed e definisce lo scoping di nuovi progetti, supportando il team con le proprie competenze di progettazione e integrazione.
L'HubSpot Implementation Strategist raccoglie i requisiti di business, di integrazione e migrazione e supporta i web developer a sviluppare la strategia, il design della soluzione, la documentazione e l'implementazione.
Le integrazioni e le migrazioni sono solitamente tra HubSpot e piattaforme di gestione dei contenuti e di automazione del marketing (ad esempio, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Adobe, ecc), piattaforme CRM (ad esempio, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, ecc) e piattaforme ERP (ad esempio, NetSuite, SAP, Zucchetti, MS Business Central, ecc).
Ti interfaccerai con il cliente ed è allo stesso momento** leader interno per lo sviluppo di best-practice e formazione su HubSpot.

Come HIS, sai setuppare e utilizzare la piattaforma HubSpot per creare blog, newsletter, landing pages, workflows, pipeline di vendita, forecast commerciali, processi di customer service, survey e molto altro.
**Lavorerai con direttori marketing, vendita e customer success del cliente.
** Internamente collabora con creativi, designer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, ADV specialist, web developer e QA specialist.
**In questo ruolo, sei responsabile dell'analisi, dell'implementazione e dell'integrazione dei progetti di Revenue Operations** per le aree chiave indicate nel day by day qui sotto.
**Cosa fai nel day by day?
**:
- Ti confronti con prospect e clienti per identificare opportunità, definire requisiti di business e progettare una soluzione
- Sei indipendente nel definire le priorità che riguardano le roadmap dei progetti e la raccolta dei requisiti
- Traduci i requisiti di business in specifiche di progetto e soluzioni
- Crei documentazione di progetto per i clienti e la condividi con i team interni
- Proponi soluzioni agli stakeholder, condividendo informazioni sui requisiti aziendali, la fattibilità e/o le limitazioni tecniche
- Gestisci il Quality Assurance (QA) e gli user acceptance test (UAT)
- Ti occupi del debug
- Crei, disegni e implementi workflow HubSpot
- Sviluppi e gestisci la documentazione dei processi interni e il materiale della knowledge base

- Hai le competenze tecniche necessarie per conversare con prospect, clienti e team interno su processi di business e use case
- Sei appassionato di progettazione di soluzioni e di miglioramento dei processi
- Hai capacità espositive e sai comunicare con C-level
- Sei un consulente strategico capace di gestire con tatto le situazioni complesse dei clienti per rispettare tempi e budget di progetto
- Sai tradurre concetti tecnici sofisticati in esempi semplici e sai far capire i benefici della soluzione
- Sai gestire in modo indipendente e professionale più progetti/clienti contemporaneamente
- Sai prevedere gli ostacoli di un progetto e hai le capacità di condividerli con gli stakeholder
- Sai limitare le assunzioni e portare alla luce i requisiti critici dei progetti
- Ami lavorare a un ritmo piuttosto veloce
**Competenze HubSpot**
- Sei un utente HubSpot avanzato e sai fare il setup di tutti gli Hubs
- Sai utilizzare gli HubSpot Custom Objects
- Conosci come HubSpot si integra con altre applicazioni
- Sai strutturare il modello dati (proprietà) di tutti gli Hubs
- Sei esperto di worlkflow e automazione
- Conosci i processi di QA e li sai gestire con HubSpot
**Migrazione** **e integrazione**
- Sai mappare i dati da piattaforme esterne ad HubSpot
- Comprendi le strutture dati di Marketo, Pardot, Dynamics, Salesforce e altri CRM (non è richiesta esperienza utente)
- Conoscenza delle principali applicazioni native con cui HubSpot si integra (Salesforce, Zoom, Zoominfo, Zapier, etc)
**Requisiti**
- Hai lavorato su HubSpot per almeno 2 anni nella configurazione di nuovi utenti, implementazioni, etc.
- Conosci i temi Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Success
- Gestisci progetti, aspettative e risultati per più clienti contemporaneamnete
- Inglese fluente
