**On Premise - Trade Marketing Manager**:
L'azienda, oggi presente in oltre 160 paesi, sta vivendo un'importante fase di evoluzione e rinnovamento dei principali brand con sfidanti obiettivi di crescita in ambito internazionale.
L'On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager assicura la valutazione del potenziale di sviluppo delle aree di business aziendali del mercato Italia assegnate (area geográfica/ canale/tipo cliente/brand di proprietà e/o in distribuzione), attraverso:
- la sistematica analisi quanti-qualitativa dei mercati, della clientela servita e delle occasioni di consumo dei brand di proprietà/in distribuzione;
- l'organizzazione, la gestione e l'implementazione delle attività di Trade Marketing rivolte al canale Grossisti, Agenti diretti e Cash&Carry;
garantendo un livello di servizio al mercato coerente con il posizionamento e l'immagine della Società.
**Principali Responsabilità**:
- Assicurare il supporto al Trade Marketing Director ai fini dello sviluppo e della gestione della politica e delle attività di trade marketing per il mercato Italia, attraverso l'elaborazione di specifiche proposte
- Garantire, nel rispetto delle indicazioni ricevute dal Trade Marketing Director, delle strategie aziendali definite dal piano industriale, dalla mission, dalle politiche/piani di marketing e di vendita, dal budget:
- Garantire, avvalendosi del supporto specialistico della Funzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, l'elaborazione di proposte per lo sviluppo di supporti operativi/gestionali e/o di progetti/iniziative da sottoporre al Trade Marketing Director, volte a favorire il miglioramento dell'efficacia/efficienza delle performance economiche ed organizzative delle Direzioni Vendite Italia.
- Contribuire alla formazione on the job della struttura vendite Italia (diretta e indiretta)
- Supportare il Trade Marketing Director, nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali definite dal piano industriale, dalle politiche/piani di marketing e di vendita, approvati dal General Manager Italia e dal Presidente e A.D., avvalendosi anche del contributo specialistico della struttura vendite, nella sistematica analisi quanti-qualitativa:
- Supportare il Trade Marketing Director, nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali definite dal piano industriale, dalle politiche/piani di marketing e di vendita
- Supportare il Trade Marketing Director e la Direzione Marketing, avvalendosi del contributo specialistico della struttura vendite, in tutte le attività concernenti la presentazione ed il lancio dei prodotti in promozione e/o sviluppo.
**Profilo ricercato**:
Laurea in Economia e commercio/Ingegneria gestionale
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza all'interno dell'Area Commerciale/Marketing
Preferibilmente Provenienza dal settore FMCG
Ottima conoscenza di Excel
Inglese Fluente
Ottima capacità di negoziazione, Orientamento al Risultato, Forte resistenza allo Stress
