Cosa aspettarti da questa posizione Sarai inserito/a all'interno della nostra Direzione Marketing & Communications di Dedagroup S.p.A., la cui principale missione è quella di aumentare il valore percepito del brand Deda; farai parte del Team Communications che ha l'obiettivo di gestire la strategia di comunicazione esterna e interna, con focus sui Social Media.
In particolare, ti occuperai di:
Presidiare e gestire gli account social di Dedagroup S.p.A., predisporre il piano editoriale, le linee guida di utilizzo, gestire la community stimolando l'interazione con i diversi stakeholder;
Produrre e redigere i contenuti dei Social Media aziendali, creando i copy dei post e alimentando il piano social media, realizzare campagne di comunicazione social a supporto delle iniziative di Dedagroup S.p.A e delle Business Unit;
Monitorare le attività social di Dedagroup e delle Business Unit e promuoverne i contenuti;
Valorizzare i contenuti di comunicazione attraverso l'utilizzo di strumenti di editing;
Supportare le attività di comunicazione digitale sia esterne che interne in occasione di eventi e di iniziative di promozione del brand;
Analizzare e monitorare le performance dei canali digitali e delle attività ottimizzandone i risultati.
Must have Laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione, Marketing o materie affini;
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana;
Interesse per la scrittura, i linguaggi e gli stili della comunicazione;
Ottima padronanza dei social media e strumenti di digital marketing, analytics e SEO (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, ecc.);
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue straniere, in particolare spagnolo e francese, costituisce titolo preferenziale;
Conoscenza di base di software grafici (es: Adobe, ecc.).
