Posizione La risorsa si occuperà di eseguite mansioni in Area Sviluppo e Innovazione: Sviluppare, comprendere ed interpretare i concept prodotto proposti dal dipartimento Marketing individuando gli accorgimenti necessari per la realizzazione; Attività di scouting dei prodotti disponibili sul mercato (competitivi e non competitivi); Esaminare le caratteristiche dei prodotti, realizzando schede di analisi delle ricette e composizioni attraverso analisi organolettiche ; Test di laboratorio per materie prime e prodotti finiti monitorandone impostazione ed avanzamento; Supporto al reparto operativo nelle prove industriali, supporto al monitoraggio e verifica in linea della resa del prodotto; Costruzione di schede tecniche di prodotto, procedure interne di reportistica e monitoraggio KPI R&D; Strategie di ricerca ed individuazione di nuove materie prime, individuando i fornitori; Strategie di innovazione, sviluppo di idee.
Requisiti La risorsa ideale ha conseguito una laurea triennale/magistrale in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari o similari/Chimica o Biologia; Esperienza almeno biennale in contesto alimentare, preferibile conoscenza del mondo panificati o provenienza dal controllo qualità alimentare; sono valutabili anche profili junior con competenze teoriche forti nel settore alimentare e con forte propensione al lavoro in complessità; Conoscenza inglese almeno livello B2; Conoscenze informatiche; Forte orientamento pratico e applicativo, capacità di pianificazione, progettazione ed organizzazione; Orientamento all'azione e al rispetto delle scadenze.
Altre informazioni Si offre: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto di 12 mesi con prospettiva di stabilizzazione Orario: full time dal lunedì al venerdì Sede: Genova RAL: 28 37 k (valutabile in base alla seniority) CCNL: Alimentari Industria L'offerta è rivolta a candidat?
