About this team
Lululemon is looking for a Strategic Sales Account Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team to support our EMEA growth in Germany. Our channel builds strategic partnerships with organizations and communities across the globe that ignite positive guest and brand impact beyond our four walls. Our Strategic Sales Program has an amazing goal: to build strategic partnerships and create quality experiences for our partners that in turn will keep our stores humming with happy people.
A day in the life: what you'll do You identify new strategic partners & develop brand building relationships in new markets while managing an existing portfolio of accounts. You work cross-functionally with partners in the community to understand the unique needs of each of your markets & collaborate to drive partner initiatives. You execute your key market strategy to drive business results & are accountable for hitting sales plans & progress quarterly. You visit our partners in market & provide training on product, VM, buying, and sell-through strategies to elevate your partnerships and our brand, while managing our brand integrity. Qualifications, skills & experience You speak German & English fluently. 3+ years wholesale (or other commercial) experience & a proven track record in driving and exceeding revenue targets. You have strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint. You have proven ability to create and drive business planning & commercial execution. You are super clear in your communication and a natural connector. Must haves Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
