**Job Description** JO&JOE is ready to welcome you in Roma And is looking for its new Housekeeping Supervisor.**
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by joining the current team The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the cleanliness of the hostel's bedrooms and communal areas.
**Why you?**

Mission 1: To offer rooms, beds and bathrooms that are in a perfect state of cleanliness and available to guests on arrival.
Mission 2: To be responsible for the quality of maintenance in communal areas (hallway, lobby )
Mission 3: To assist the Accommodation Manager with the running of the establishment and providing regular reports.
Mission 4: To act as the direct contact and link between the staff, the Accommodation team and Management.
Mission 5: To coordinate the various internal and external operations with the Front Office and the Technical departments.
Mission 6: To act as the direct contact for the subcontracting company, check that the work is carried out correctly and ensuring that the cleaning contract is properly applied.
Mission 7: To ensure that linen is ordered to meet operational requirements.
Mission 8: To deliver most perfect experience to JO&JOE customers.
**Qualifications** Because you've got it in you**:
- Good mood guaranteed without reservation.
- A perfectly balanced sense of customer service.
- A passion for customer service.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A desire to learn and develop.
**YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE**:
- Field of study: Hospitality.
- Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.
- Languages required: English + Italian
