Posizione In qualità di Supervisor, all'interno della piattaforma logistica, si guiderà il proprio dipartimento operativo dopo essere stati formati sulla conoscenza dei processi operativi e sulla gestione delle esigenze di squadra, con l'obiettivo di mettere tutti in condizione di dare il proprio meglio.
Principali attività:

Gestione delle task inventariali per assicurare il corretto stoccaggio della merce in magazzino;
Gestione del database relativo alle analisi svolte in magazzino;
Correzione del flusso delle anomalie riscontrate sui processi per garantire un servizio soddisfacente;
Monitoraggio dei KPI e le metriche richieste dal cliente, interfaccia con lo stesso per riportarne l'andamento e implementazione di eventuali contro misure per rientrare nei target;
Analisi delle segnalazioni provenienti dai singoli clienti per fornire feedback e/o soluzioni al Customer service del Cliente;
Pianificazione delle attività da assegnare alla squadra dedicata e supervisione del corretto svolgimento delle attività inventariali;
Monitoraggio dell'andamento degli operatori di magazzino su tutti i processi e gestione del feedback sulle loro performance operative;
Utilizzo delle piattaforme fornite dal cliente per svolgimento delle attività giornaliere;
Mantenimento dei contatti con il cliente
Si richiede:
Laurea/Diploma Conoscenza dell'inglese livello B1 Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1 anno in azienda di logistica e-commerce, presso piattaforme di medio / grandi dimensioni Utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici Predisposizione al lavoro in team, proattività e capacità di problem solving Dinamismo Disponibilità al lavoro su tre turni (con turno notturno una volta ogni quattro settimane) da lunedì a domenica Si offre:
