AXA Partners Italy is looking for a Claims Customer Service Associate based in Milan.
Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract Reporting to the Operations for Credit Lifestyle Protection, this role will be a member of the Claims Customer Service Team.
According to skills, experience and performance, Claims and Customer Associates are classified as follows: Entry Level Associate (Junior), Experienced Associate (EXP), and Senior Associate (Master).
Responsibilities Provide good service to customers (Junior, EXP, Master) Achieve and surpass customer expectations (Junior, EXP, Master) Act as a point of reference for colleagues (Master) Champion and support change (Master) Act as a point of reference in the Manager's absence (Master) Demonstrate ability to analyse and interpret data (EXP, Master) Qualifications Experience in a similar function or in a customer call centre will be a plus Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure Competent knowledge of the MS Office applications High degree of responsibility, analytical and able to think "out of the box" Experience in claims handling will be a plus English Speaker Energetic with commitment to deliver Join a Company that helps protect forests
