Approcciamo il marketing in modo differente mettendo al centro l'utente e lasciando che la tecnologia racconti il prodotto.
Ruolo e mansioni Ruolo: Product Marketing Manager

Come Marketing manager disegnerai il futuro di uno dei tanti prodotti di A-Tono, diventandone il punto di riferimento. Sia che si tratti di Servizi di Pagamento Fintech (come conti di pagamento, e-commerce, piattaforme retail, ecc.) o Applicazioni Consumer (come strisce blu, trasporto pubblico, ecc.), prenderai parte ad un'esperienza di marketing dove si definirà la Customer Journey di prodotto. Aiuterai a definire l'anima del prodotto e a creare una customer base fidelizzata: dalla definizione del posizionamento, scelta del nome, analisi competitiva alla gestione delle funzionalità e alle campagne di comunicazione.

Questo si traduce nel lavorare, all'interno, in un Team Inter Funzionale che coinvolge vendite, amministrazione, sviluppo prodotto, sito web, tecnologia e molto altro. Potrai organizzare lo sviluppo e il lancio dei prodotti dall'inizio alla fine e realizzare le strategie di marketing a supporto.

Sarai a tuo agio in una Organizzazione Dinamica guidata dall'innovazione tecnologica e in continua evoluzione.

Responsabilità:

Realizzazione delle Strategie di Posizionamento dei prodotti/servizi digitali appartenenti all'azienda, allineando le Strategie Sales e gli sviluppi Tecnici sugli stessi;
Gestione, monitoring e ottimizzazione delle schedule e dei rilasci dei prodotti con analisi delle prospettive future di sviluppo;
Pianificare e gestire Analisi Quantitative orientate agli obiettivi di business volte alla definizione di clusters e funnels attraverso la definizione di KPIs (Business Analysis).
Requisiti Minimi:

Laurea o Esperienza o competenze equivalenti.
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni.
Fluente in lingua Inglese . Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel .
Requisiti Preferenziali:

Confidenza con strumenti e processi di Project Management .
Conoscenza di Tableau e Splunk o strumenti simili.
Conoscenza di Google Adwords e Google Analytics o strumenti simili.
