**SALES MANAGER**
Indirizziamo il presente invito alle persone che desiderano di iniziare una carriera nella veste di **Direttore Vendite** della nostra società, a persone che abbiano un'approfondita esperienza di lavoro nel settore vendite in aziende commerciali, su servizi o su prodotti.
La risorsa deve inoltre aver maturato una buona esperienza nel coordinamento di collaboratori nonché un forte orientamento al risultato, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e sotto stress, ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative, doti di leadership e problem solving.
Selezioniamo persone ambiziose, organizzate e determinate, che vogliano intraprendere una reale carriera professionale, disposti a diventare veri esperti del settore.
Il ruolo prevede, alle dirette dipendenze della Direzione Aziendale, le seguenti attività:
- Gestione, motivazione e sviluppo della forza vendita;
- Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti,
- Attuazione delle direttive e dei piani nei termini previsti, mediante la gestione efficiente ed efficace delle risorse di cui ha la responsabilità,
- Conoscenza del mercato e capacità di analizzarne le tendenze interpretando la situazione economica generale e formulando suggerimenti
- Capacità di proporre e realizzare azioni per contribuire allo sviluppo del mercato e all'affermazione del brand sul territorio,
