We are searching for a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth in emerging markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product launches and in-depth knowledge of consumer healthcare market dynamics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build understanding of CHC business model, key drivers and critical success factors across the region.
- Spearhead market penetration and enhance consumer health outcomes in emerging markets.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within major Consumer Healthcare companies, ideally as Business Unit Head in a larger market.
- Proven experience in an emerging market country (outside Western Europe, US).
