Strategic Business Growth Manager

This is a high-impact role within the Amazon Shipping business that requires a driven, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused individual to develop strategic partnerships and drive commercial growth. As a key member of the Business Development team in Italy, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with top companies, identifying opportunities, and negotiating agreements to expand Amazon's shipping capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Amazon's shipping business in Italy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- Measure performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize business outcomes
Requirements:
