**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Con un approccio di assistenza di prim'ordine, il Marketing Partners Relations & Activation Coordinator **(in breve MPS Coord)** supporta i Partner commerciali (TOP, Domestic) in tutto l'ecosistema Olimpico per il corretto utilizzo dei marchi e la corretta attivazione dei diritti acquisiti dal CIO e dal Comitato per i Giochi.
In particolare, il **MPS Coord** svolge un ruolo chiave nell'istruzione delle linee guida e nel servizio diretto ai Partner e Stkeholders.
Il **MPS Coord** svolge anche un ruolo chiave nel garantire la coerenza tra tutte le linee guida del CIO e del Comitato, nell'applicazione degli stessi principi nelle attivazioni e, soprattutto, nella gestione dei diritti tra clienti e gruppi di clienti.
**Il ruolo del MPS Coord è quello di "Governance dei Diritti».**
Svolge attività di liaison con le aree funzionali dell'OCOG (FA's) per garantire che gli stessi principi siano applicati a tutti i livelli e che le operazioni dei Giochi rispettino i diritti commerciali
(in particolare, per quello che riguarda attivazioni dei Top Partners, Brand Identity and Look of the Game,, Communicazioni, Ticketing, Hospitality, Showcasing o qualsiasi altra attività in venue che includa partner commerciali).
**Requirements**:
- Laurea in Economia e Commercio, MBA in management sportivo o equivalente esperienza.
- Minimo 5 anni esperienza in ambito **_Rights activation management_** nell'ambito di grandi organizzazioni sportive(squadre/ leghe/ Federazioni) e Inglese fluente indisponsabile scritto e parlato grandi eventi sportivi.
- Esperienze pregresse in marketing & Comunicazione; Brand
Evoluto, (PPT/ Excel) possibilmente conoscenza della piattaforma di approvazione TRACK di IOC ¸ rights activation nel settore sportivo
