Marketing Activation Specialist

Come Marketing Activation Specialist avrai l’obiettivo di guidare l’implementazione dei programmi di marketing nel mercato italiano al fine di supportare il raggiungimento dei target prefissati di volume, fatturato e market share. Avrai l’opportunità di interagire con diversi team a livello locale ed a livello internazionale in un ambiente stimolante e multiculturale.

**Nello specifico ti occuperai di**:
Gestire il budget di marketing
Identificare mercati, segmenti e canali chiave per l’attivazione delle offerte di marketing
Identificare i touchpoints fondamentali al fine di progettare programmi di fidelizzazione del cliente verso il brand
Definire il piano di marketing annuale per i canali designati
Implementare l’offerta di marketing in base ai customer target definiti e/o ai canali designati
Monitorare l’andamento delle attività di marketing monitorando i KPI e condividendo i risultati con l’organizzazione
Gestire il portfolio prodotti locale
Collaborare con agenzie e partner strategici per la pianificazione dei programmi di marketing
Interagire con i principali partner commerciali del mercato in collaborazione con i responsabili commerciali
Garantire una esecuzione delle attività conforme agli standard qualitativi aziendali e al suo Codice di Condotta

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea in Marketing o discipline affini
Esperienza professionale nel settore marketing / vendite per almeno 5 anni - preferibilmente in contesti strutturati (multinazionale)
Ottime capacità relazioni e di comunicazione
Capacità di gestione progetti (Project Management) e di interfacciarsi con diverse figure professionali (a livello locale ed internazionale)
Capacità di analisi e di performance management
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Provenienza dal settore BtB / Esperienza in ruoli di Trade o Customer Marketing Management da considerarsi come un plus
Esperienza nell’attivazione di offerte digitali da considerarsi come un plus
