Marketing Activation Specialist

lavorerai a stretto contatto con diversi team strutturati quali;
Brand e communication, sales, Service and Maintenance Conducendo l'esecuzione di programmi di marketing per supportare la consegna di obiettivi di volume, fatturato, margine lordo e quota di mercato guidando l'esecuzione e l'implementazione dei programmi di marketing nelle aree geografiche designate e guidando i flussi di lavoro all'interno dei programmi.

lavorerai all'interno di una struttura aziendale che rende l'energia maggiormente pulita e migliore.

**ti occuperai di**:
Identificare mercati, segmenti e canali chiave per l'attivazione in coordinamento con i diversi team
Identificare i punti di contatto chiave e ideare programmi di coinvolgimento dei clienti per comunicare le storie del marchio
Sviluppare e possedere i piani di attivazione del marketing per le aree geografiche designate
Implementazione di programmi di attivazione personalizzati per il target su tutti i canali/spazi di mercato
monitoraggio delle prestazioni di attivazione e creazione di visibilità in un'organizzazione più ampia attraverso la pubblicazione di dashboard KPI di attivazione periodica
Collaborare con agenzie e partner strategici per pianificare moduli di attivazione dettagliati
Garantire che l'attivazione rientri nel budget e sia pienamente conforme ai processi finanziari e di approvvigionamento
Agire in qualità di Contract Accountable Manager di BP per garantire l'esecuzione sicura del lavoro appaltato applicando al contempo il processo di collaborazione con l'appaltatore.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
laurea in Marketing o simili
capacità di leadership di progetto e performance
esperienza di attivazione B2B
background di marketing clienti
comprovata esperienza nell'attivazione di offerte di mercato digitale (commercio digitale, offerta digitale e/o gestione di piattaforme digitali).
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
