GNV (Grandi Navi Veloci), società del Gruppo MSC, è una delle principali compagnie di navigazione del Mar Mediterraneo nel settore della navigazione costiera, cargo, e trasporto passeggeri; con una flotta di 25 navi, la Compagnia ad oggi opera 31 linee su 7 Paesi.All'interno del Dipartimento AOP, a diretto riporto del Chief Port Operations Officer, ricerchiamo un/una:Con lo scopo di:Essere il controllo di gestione del reparto operativo e sparring partner del Chief Port Operations Officer e dei porti.Analizzare e rendicontare mensilmente le performance dei porti presso cui GNV offre servizio, attraverso la definizione e il monitoraggio di specifici indicatori.Fornire mensilmente e annualmente reportistica inerente il raggiungimento dei predefiniti KPI per l'attività aziendale in gestione, monitorandone l'impiego delle "risorse".Supportare nell'analisi delle possibili azioni correttive per il rispetto degli obiettivi di area.PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA':Sovrintendere e coordinare il corretto inserimento e controllo delle fatture nel programma dedicato per tutti i porti al fine di garantire che tutte le spese siano giustificate, rilevate e registrate correttamente sul programma;Supervisionare e controllare i conti scalo;Monitorare, analizzare e stimare i costi operativi (es: costi piloti e conti scalo) e i relativi KPI in coordinamento con il dipartimento Finance;Predisporre e redigere (in coordinamento con i vari responsabili del reparto operativo) il budget annuale e i forecast, fornendo valutazioni quantitative e qualitative delle singole voci in affiancamento con il Chief Port Operations Officer;Verificare e validare ordini di acquisto, monitorando il budget spese terminal;Predisporre il sistema di reportistica standard e effettuare analisi specifiche e puntuali;Analizzare, monitorare e creare database dei contratti; rinnovare e negoziare gli stessi in coordinamento con il Chief Port Operations Officer, dipartimento Legal e responsabili;Revisionare, riorganizzare e ottimizzare attività e procedure e laddove possibile automatizzare le stesse.
