The company's most important business line is the service business proudly provided by around 25,000 service technicians. The product portfolio ranges from standardized elevators for low-rise residential buildings to highly customized solutions for skyscrapers. In addition, it covers escalators, moving walks, passenger boarding bridges and stair and platform lifts. Integrated cloud-based solutions, such as the MAX platform, are delivering enhanced services. With these digital offerings, there are no longer any limits to urban mobility. TKE – move beyond.As a member of the Europe Africa Transformation Office Team, you will report directly to the Europe Africa Chief Transformation Officer and working actively to pursue cross-functional and transformational projects on group level or in specific countries. The role provides a great opportunity to enter TKE at a pivotal time in the company's value creation journey. Your responsibilities will include:Driving TKE's cross-business transformation projects in Business Unit Europe AfricaSupporting transformation journey in Europe Africa, driving change and execution of our transformation planSupporting definition and implementation of strategical goalsDeveloping an integrated program level plan and managing interdependencies and potential conflicts with work stream teamsAnalyzing root causes, scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation projects on group level or in specific countriesSupporting project teams and working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs, financial targets and project timelinesIdentifying, quantifying, and assessing risk for improvement initiatives to optimize TKE's organizational and operational structuresImplementing a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress statusSupporting transformation teams and serving as sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units and challenging delivery ambitionA university degree in business administration, economics, finance or equivalentA minimum of +7 years of professional experience with a minimum of +2 years of experience in similar position, ideally with transformation project delivery / leadership in operations/ industrial services and multinational / complex organizationExtensive analytical skills, including designing, building, and populating complex financial and operational modelsStrong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countriesSolid knowledge of financials (PL, Balance Sheet, and cash flow) and financial management of projects, budgeting, actuals tracking, and reportingStrong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data and assimilate large volumes of complex information quickly and accuratelyA track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environmentThe ability to influence and manage relationships at a senior leadership level through effective senior stakeholder managementA team player mentality, goal-oriented, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitudeExcellent social and communicational skills in fluent English (written spoken)Professional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communicationAvailability for travelWe offer attractive conditions such as:Working in a successful organization with lean hierarchies and all the advantages of an international groupWith us, you experience an exciting work environment in interdisciplinary and multinational teamsAn attractive remuneration including special benefits according to the collective agreement #J-18808-Ljbffr
