We are currently seeking a HR and Organization Intern who will report to the WW Supply Chain & Logistics HR Director and join our dynamic team based in Trecate.
Your opportunity You will have the opportunity to be involved in different processes and activities and gain experience while supporting and assisting the WW Supply Chain & Logistics HR team.
How you will contribute Monitor performance and talent management processesSupport the implementation of development initiativesCreate supporting documents for organizational projects and analysis as well as ad hoc reportsSupport all the initiatives related to the development and implementation of the graduate program projectProvide support with HR projects deployment within specific assigned perimeterSupport organizational monitoring activities updating databases and organizational charts on a regular basisSupport the HRBPs in managing relationships with temporary employment agenciesLiaise with shared services for transactional activities related to full employee life cycle taking charge of any services not delivered by themWho you are A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management or related areasA person data driven with excellent analytical skillsOrganized and detail focused individualProblem solver with a can-do attitudeTeamwork orientedAble to maintain a high degree of confidentialityGood knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerpointFluent in English, Italian as a plusWhy work with us?
