Il/la Partner che ricerchiamo sarà impegnato/a nella gestione totale, in autonomia, dei progetti generati dalle proprie attività e potrà essere supportato dal team nell'operatività. Nello sviluppo delle sue attività, secondo i più elevati standard qualitativi per cui EHR Italy si contraddistingue, sarà il responsabile di ogni progetto definito direttamente con il cliente e si interfaccerà con un gruppo di colleghi dinamici e competenti. Potrà inoltre, se in possesso di un'elevata seniority, gestire un proprio Team in piena autonomia.
Per i profili più ambiziosi e competenti si potrà considerare un percorso finalizzato alla Partnership societaria.

Per questa posizione pensiamo ad un professionista:
con un'esperienza significativa nell'ambito dell'area HR o Executive con profilo di Consulente Seniorcon un ottimo livello di conoscenze informatichecon un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglesecon un elevato livello di professionalità finalizzata alla gestione di progetti complessi. Competenze manageriali maturate in ruoli di responsabilità sono fondamentali per ricoprire tale funzione.
