In order to grow the capabilities of the Competence Center of Compensation, Benefits and Reporting, we are looking for a young professional, passionate about numbers and people.As HR Workforce Planning & Reporting Senior Specialist you will work within the area of Global HR Workforce Planning & Reporting and you will support in the following activities:Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other relevant sourcesPrepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadershipAnalyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, compensation, labor cost, people development (with attention to organization and training), turnover, etc. Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, etc.Guarantee the compliance to the annual budget and forecast processesEnsure the continuous improvement of all systems, processes and capabilities and actively provide training to HR'sAs an ideal candidate you hold a Master's Degree in Statistics, Economics or Management Engineering, and you have interest for Human Resources topics.Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThorough ability to understanding HR topics, processes and policies and connect them with business strategyProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProficient with or ability to quickly learn the Group HRIS, payroll structure, and similar employee management softwareGood level of EnglishWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
