Four our client, multinational leading company leader in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning sector, we are searching for a Regional Sales Manager Central – Southern Italy. The resource, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be responsible for developing his/her commercial areas of expertise (Central – Southern Italy) in new business growth and key account activities
Principal Duties: - Will have overall responsibility for attainment of stipulated sales targets and possibly costs in the relevant area of responsibility (Central – Southern Italy)
- Responsible for new-customer acquisition and existing-customer management in the relevant are of responsibility
- Implementation of country-specific market-handling
- Responsible for acquiring current market data
- Implementation of market-handling plan
- Receipt of technical-support enquiries
- Support for launch of new products and training of customers in their practical application
- Receipt transmission of complaints
- Management of CRM information in accordance with stipulated guidelines
- Will undertake personnel policy, including performance management (staff interviews, target agreements) with support from HR HQ
- Own territorial responsibility (developing and designing campaigns, sales-support activities).
Requirements: - At least 8/10 years of responsibility in sales organizations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree it will be considered a strong plus
- Expertise in market handling and sales
- Knowledge of market-research methods
- Key-account management
- Planning, Managerial and Negotiating skills
- English or German: fluent, both spoken and written for alignments with HQ in Germany
- Conflict-solution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Networked thought and action
