About the Role

As a Customer Service Sales Area Manager at ACMA, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve customer service results in line with commercial and budget goals. This role involves coordinating a team of specialists and collaborating with regional colleagues to define commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results.
  • Contribute to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and activities related to business and customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements and prepare commercial offers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronic, or similar)
  • Strong passion for technical topics
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles with proven success in sales results
  • Customer orientation and customer service mindset
  • International experience is a plus
