Job Description:

The Sales Assistant is a key role within the Max Mara Fashion Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience, providing guidance on products and services according to company standards.
  • Welcome and engage with customers, building relationships and promoting the brand.
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain the order and care of items on display and in the warehouse.
  • Take on delegations and tasks assigned by department heads.
  • Ensure personal image and care align with company guidelines.
  • Promote role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities.
  • Develop and adopt digital technologies within the function to improve process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adopt behaviors and promote actions for sustainable development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and organizational community.
