About the Role:
Dentsply Sirona is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving disputes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and resolve electronic invoice rejection outcomes.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to customers on orders, proofs of delivery, and invoicing.
- Offer after-sales support, interacting with customers to resolve issues and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Support logistics activities, including remote warehouse loading and unloading, coordination with production, and physical inventory management.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Background in the biomedical or high-tech industry, preferably in a structured company.
- Established skills and knowledge of order management, returns, and invoicing, as well as logistics procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Competence and proactivity in managing relationships with customers, including public administrations, pharmacies, orthopedics, and wholesalers.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
