About the Role:

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving disputes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and resolve electronic invoice rejection outcomes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to customers on orders, proofs of delivery, and invoicing.
  • Offer after-sales support, interacting with customers to resolve issues and ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Support logistics activities, including remote warehouse loading and unloading, coordination with production, and physical inventory management.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Background in the biomedical or high-tech industry, preferably in a structured company.
  • Established skills and knowledge of order management, returns, and invoicing, as well as logistics procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Competence and proactivity in managing relationships with customers, including public administrations, pharmacies, orthopedics, and wholesalers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
