Job Title: Customer Service Representative Prom

Reports to: SL and Location/Airport Manager

Job Purpose: Deliver exceptional customer service experiences at Hertz rental locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes to customers and ensure seamless rental operations
  • Resolves customer complaints and ensures complete satisfaction
  • Maximizes profitability by offering services and ancillary products
  • Coordinates check-in operations and optimizes available assets

Requirements:

  • Fluent Level of English, Microsoft Office, and full driving license
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
