About the Role

ACMA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business results in assigned business units and regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing sales strategies and managing sales processes to achieve budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services)
  • Contributing to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and drive company growth
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and activities related to customers and coordinating agents in the area
  • Collaborating with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technical topics, a proven track record of success in sales, and excellent customer orientation skills. International experience and fluency in English are highly valued.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic, or similar)
  • Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics
  • At least 4-5 years in similar roles with proven success in sales results
  • Customer orientation/customer service mindset
  • International experience will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent English; mastering Spanish or another language will be considered as a plus
