For our Specialized Nutrition team in Milan , we are looking for a Healthcare Solution Excellence Intern.
During your internship, you'll be part of a dynamic team and have visibility on all the company's departments, contributing to the achievements of your team.
About the job:
The activities managed under the supervision of the Healthcare Solution Excellence Manager will include:
Reporting: development, implementation, and sharing of sales reports using Business Intelligence platforms and external databases.
Monitoring: monitoring of sales and market performance (KPIs) highlighting deviations from forecasts.
Tools: maintenance and implementation of new BI tool functionalities to monitor business performance.
Support: supporting the Field Force Team in the use of tools, reports, and KPI reading.
Projects & Analysis: supporting the Healthcare Solution Excellence Manager in business analysis and implementation of any projects.
About you:
To be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
Master's degree in Economics or similar background.
Good analytical skills (ability to navigate a database and read commercial indicators).
Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
Structured and analytical way of working.
Relational skills and flexibility.
Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
Fluent in English.
