QC Analytical Development Analyst
Responsabilità: La risorsa, inserita all'interno della Quality Unit, riporta al Quality Control Manager.
Principali attività:
- Esegue in autonomia analisi strumentali di nuova applicazione, utilizzando le apparecchiature presenti in laboratorio;
volge attività di "tutoring" per i nuovi analisti inseriti nel gruppo di sviluppo analitico;
- Esegue i transfer analitici, i dissolution test comparativi, le convalide dei metodi analitici, l'aggiornamento e l'adattamento dei nuovi metodi analitici alle apparecchiature in uso;
- Elabora autonomamente i dati ottenuti, preparando e compilando i fogli di calcolo delle convalide;
- Esegue con gli altri analisti le attività di taratura e calibrazione interne delle apparecchiature del laboratorio e assiste i tecnici esterni nelle attività di manutenzione e qualifica degli strumenti;
- Segnala al proprio coordinatore/responsabile eventuali malfunzionamenti delle apparecchiature, i casi di mancata manutenzione/taratura strumentale, lacune nelle procedure di lavoro e fornisce, ove possibile, spunti di miglioramento soprattutto in problematiche analitico scientifiche;
- Esegue il proprio lavoro applicando le procedure di lavoro applicabili al laboratorio CQ, nel rispetto delle misure di sicurezza previste;
- Svolge, all'occorrenza, le attività previste dalla mansione QC Analytical o altre attività individuate dal proprio Responsabile;
- Gestisce i campioni dei prodotti in stabilità;
- Partecipa alla revisione delle schede di stabilità.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Discipline tecniche quali Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche, Farmacia, Science Biologiche o correlate;
- Esperienza professionale rilevante, di almeno 3/5 anni, nell'R&D e nel Quality Control, nel settore farmaceutico o affini;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, di SAP, di sistemi informatici di qualità quali Empower, Chromeleon, Labware, Trakwise;
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese.
