Learn more about Arrow - Welcome to Arrow - Five Years Out - YouTube ABOUT THE ROLE The CA by Broadcom EMEA Lead in Arrow will be responsible for directing products and solutions.
CA Technologies creates software that fuels transformation for companies and enables them to seize the opportunities of the application economy.
You will work in partnership with Business Segment Leaders to formulate initiatives and programs that drive the local market's success.
You will lead, motivate and develop a diversified sales and support team that supports Arrow's value proposition to customers and supplier.
You will recruit, hire and mentor top sales talent.
You will build succession plan for future state, make operational decisions including sales effectiveness, working capital that supports company goals on financial targets by leveraging appropriate support functions.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.
A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
Define go-to-market strategy for CA brand pillars (AOD, IMS, CMDB) Responsible for the CA P&L Coordinate CA pillars value proposition definition and market positioning Coordinate on CA with market analysts and other key market stakeholders Drive all CA EMEA resources Coordinate internally with all countries, marketing and regional stakeholders Coordinate externally with Broadcom on all Arrow CA initiatives Coordinate with services teams for developing CA specific services Define and drive main external business development actions Lead the reporting and drive visibility on results and key actions What are we looking for?
You have 15+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry Leadership experience is a must Fluency in English Effective communication with people at all levels Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach What is in it for you?
