As a seasoned Sales Director for Senior Living, you will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts at Navion Senior Solutions. This includes driving occupancy success through comprehensive sales strategies, establishing effective monitoring systems, and implementing targeted marketing activities and events. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets and drive business growth. Establish a robust monitoring system to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement marketing activities and events. Maintain accurate budgets and financial records. Cultivate relationships with external partners and referral sources to drive lead generation. Host and attend community events to foster positive community relations. Conduct market research to stay informed about local competition. Qualifications and Skills Proven sales executive experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Navion Senior Solutions.
