VIE Equity Derivatives Institutional Sales (Assistant Trading Institutional) – Southern Europe - Milan, H/F Concrètement votre quotidien ? Vous travaillez avec l'équipe commerciale du sud de l'Europe pour desservir les principales institutions de la région.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les compagnies d'assurance, les gestionnaires d'actifs, les banques et les fonds de pension. Vous connaissez leurs organisations et apprenez à mieux savoir comment ces institutions fonctionnent et quels sont leurs besoins.
Vous aidez l'équipe commerciale à améliorer la franchise BNPP dans la région du sud de l'Europe.
Vous aidez l'équipe à fournir des solutions sur mesure et innovantes aux clients de BNPP; vous travaillez également avec l'équipe pour augmenter la part de marché de notre gamme de fonds THEAM dans la région. 
Aucun jour de travail ne sera le même, il y aura chaque jour un nouveau défi pour améliorer la franchise BNPP et répondre aux besoins de nos parties prenantes.
L'environnement de travail, c'est important Vous rejoignez une équipe composée de 3 spécialistes des ventes dédiés avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie et une analyste graduate. L'équipe est responsable de la vente des produits actions sous toutes leurs formes et des fonds THEAM aux clients institutionnels. Nous sommes une équipe très proche d'environ 35 personnes, travaillant toutes en étroite collaboration.
L'équipe fait partie de la plus grande équipe de BNP Paribas CIB à Milan, basée dans notre bâtiment phare de 27 étages dans le centre de Milan. Le bureau est également très bien situé à côté de la gare principale reliant Milan au reste de l'Italie et de l'Europe. Une dernière chose Depuis le bureau, il y a aussi une vue imprenable sur toute la ville car nous sommes au 23ème étage, ce qui en fait l'un des endroits les plus prisés de Milan.

Tout en améliorant vos compétences interpersonnelles, vous en apprendrez également davantage sur le fonctionnement du monde financier et sur la manière dont les compagnies d'assurance, les gestionnaires d'actifs, les banques et les fonds de pension travaillent et interagissent les uns avec les autres.

Etes-vous notre prochain VIE Assistant Trading Institutionnel ? A vous de nous convaincre  Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master avec une spécialisation en Finance.  
Vous disposez de connaissances en structuration, valorisation et tarifications, et en analyse financière. Vous avez des capacités en gestion de projet, en négociation et en animation de réunion ou de comité, et vous justifiez d'une expérience de 6 mois minimum (stage et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.
Vous parlez couramment espagnol et anglais, et maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoin). 
De plus, votre adaptabilité et votre rigueur seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre esprit d'équipe et votre orientation client pour finir de nous convaincre.
