**Job ID**:R0310805**Full/Part-Time**:Full-time**Regular/Temporary**:Regular**Listed**:2024-02-05**Location**:Milano**Position Overview **:**We are looking to hire a salesperson in ICG Italy, Director Level, to strengthen the desk effort to market retail structured investment products to Institutional Clients and retail networks.**

**Your key responsibilities**

**Salesperson is responsible for structuring, pricing and executing cross assets structured investment products designed for retail, professional and institutional investors. In order to do so, the salesperson will be responsible to cultivate client relationships in order to create a sales strategy in line with his/her mandate.**

**In particular**:

- **Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations by ensuring regular contact and constantly researching appropriate sales solutions;**
- **Building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery;**
- **Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements;**
- **Identifying and contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.**

**Your skills and experience**
- **10+ experience in the industry, strong relationship with CIOs and investment managers in Asset Managers, Insurance companies and investment products distribution network;**
- **Proficiency in complex credit, rates and equity derivatives, quantitative strategies, multi-asset strategies, fund derivatives and is able to support DB clients in structuring, executing and servicing retail structured investment products;**
- **Head working, team playing individual to complement our current marketing platform.**
