Athon crea software gestionali e strumenti digitali per rendere più semplice ed efficiente il business dei suoi clienti. Con la sua consulenza Athon fornisce gli strumenti per comprendere, semplificare e ottimizzare i processi aziendali e aumentarne le performance.

In questo momento stiamo cercando un APPLICATION SPECIALIST - TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Posizione:
La risorsa sarà inserita in un team di supporto applicativo e svolgerà attività di primo e secondo livello tecnologico, garantendo:
il monitoraggio delle risorse del server dell'infrastruttura
gestione dei ticket/incident ITSM con il relativo tracciamento delle richieste e aggiornamento dello stato di avanzamento di tutte le attività prese in carico
Analisi delle priorità delle richieste in arrivo con il relativo coinvolgendo dei reparti/risorse utili per definirla
Oltre all'attività quotidiana di supporto applicativo, la risorsa dovrà contribuire alla definizione dei requisiti funzionali e non per garantire una corretta analisi che l'applicazione deve rispettare prima di entrare in produzione. Inoltre, sarà coinvolto nella definizione e implementazione di progetti per ridurre le attività di supporto necessarie sui sistemi critici.
Requisiti richiesti:
Esperienza maturata in ruoli similari di almeno 5 anni
Buona conoscenza database relazionali
Buona conoscenza TSQL
Buona conoscenza editor di testo
Ottima conoscenza Microsoft Excel
Ottima conoscenza Windows
Conoscenza basilare di comando Linux/Unix
Concetti base di architettura Web, Desktop, Applicazioni Batch (componenti e connessioni tra loro)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata

Possedere le conoscenze tecniche relative alla propria area di responsabilità
Conoscenza delle procedure tecniche, della gestione delle modifiche e dei processi di risoluzione degli incidenti
Conoscenza degli strumenti ITSM
Conoscenza delle regole di sicurezza informatica per lavorare in ambiente produttivo
Competenze comportamentali e abilità interpersonali
Lavoro di squadra
