Der Customer Service betreut unsere Kunden von der Bestellung über die Koordinierung der Lieferung bis hin zum After-Sales-Service. Der Customer Service prüft die Bestellungen in Bezug auf Qualität, Menge, Preise und Liefertermin und verfolgt den Status bis zur endgültigen Lieferung.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Eingabe von Aufträgen und Kundendaten in das ERP-System Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Vertriebsmitarbeiter in Bezug auf Bestellungen, z. B. Verfügbarkeiten, Auftragsstatus, Überprüfung von Bestellungen Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistikabteilung für Lieferungen Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Kreditmanagement und dem Vertriebsleiter Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Informationsanfragen von Kunden Hauptansprechpartner im After Sales Service Unterstützung der Händler mit Produktinformationen und -erklärungen
  2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Südtiroler Dialekt), gute Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel) Aktives Bergsteigen und Skitourengehen ist ein PlusArbeitsort: Bozen, IT
