Chi cerchiamoPer la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come Specialista Strategie di Artificial Intelligence all'interno del team AI Program Startup & Digital Adoption.
La struttura ha la responsabilità di avviare e governare il set-up di un programma di Artificial Intelligence definendo, in collaborazione con le altre Strutture della direzione e con le Business Unit, la strategia, la roadmap evolutiva e la prioritizzazione degli use case.Per quale societàA2A .Ti occuperai di Concretizzare le strategie di AI del Gruppo A2A e gestire le componenti architetturali a supporto delle iniziative di AI Sviluppare e implementare strategie di AI allineate agli obiettivi aziendali Collaborare con gli stakeholder per individuare opportunità di applicazione dell'AI Sviluppare e gestire insieme al team la roadmap di implementazione dell'AI Comunicare le iniziative e i risultati di AI agli stakeholder Sviluppare casi d'uso e analisi ROI per progetti di AI Monitorare l'adozione e l'impatto dell'AI nell'organizzazione Fare scouting di mercato e raccogliere best practice di AI Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Laurea in Business, Informatica, Ingegneria o percorsi affini Esperienza pregressa in ambito di strategia e implementazione di Artificial Intelligence Comprensione approfondita delle tecnologie e dei principi dell'intelligenza artificiale Completano il profilo: eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, abilità a lavorare con gli stakeholder per identificare i requisiti aziendali e sviluppare soluzioni, abilità a lavorare in un team multidisciplinare, abilità analitiche e di problem-solving Saranno valutate esclusivamente le candidature inviate tramite il Sito Carriere aziendale.Ci impegniamo ogni giorno per creare un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e innovativo, fondato sul rispetto, sull'etica e sulle pari opportunità garantendo la valorizzazione delle diversità.
