Pininfarina, world leading Design House, has created in its 89-year lifespan some of the most influential and iconic designs in automotive history.
Our project ranges cross from Hyper-Luxury Supercars to New Mobility solutions, to trains, aircrafts and boats, serving worldwide established OEMs and young emerging Brands.
We are now expanding our Team, which currently operates over three Studios (Italy, China and the United States) by opening a position for an experienced
**_HEAD OF INTERIOR DESIGN AUTOMOTIVE_**
- The main place of work will be in Cambiano (Turin, Italy).
- We are looking for a talented interior design leader, with at least 10 years of experience, to cover the prestigious position of Head of Interior Design at Pininfarina.
- You will lead a team of approx.
10 between interior designers and lead interior designers, from the conceptual phase to the freeze of the physical Models, passing through the virtual modelling phase.
- You will have the task to follow, motivate and advice the Pininfarina interior Design Team from the creative sketches to the accomplished 3D models, while making your younger Colleagues profit of your experience and grow.
- High organizations skills to plan and manage the workload in the Studio are required.
- You will have to be perfectly at ease in the virtual modelling phase as well and to prove outstanding capabilities of managing the physical models, one of the key points of the Pininfarina tradition.
- While striving for the best possible results, you will have to be agile and flexible in managing projects and people and to endure pressure and stress.
- You will work in close relation with the Head of Exterior Design, Colour and Trim and the various Design Project Managers, responding directly to the Pininfarina Design Vice President.
