More at www.kappa.com Who we are looking for The resource will support end-to-end management of customer orders. He/She will also help manage post-sales returns and claims and relations with various business departments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED High School Diploma or Bachelor's DegreeExcellent knowledge of Italian and English language (both written and verbal). Knowledge of French will be considered a plusKnowledge of Suite Office (especially Excel) and computer applications for business use (e-mail, internet browser).A previous experience in Customer Service or similar duties will be positively valuedKey responsibilities Inserting orders and returns on the business systemCustomer data entrySupervising and monitoring shipmentsChecking and processing customer ordersCustomer claims managementSupport to Sales Managers on operational activities (order entry, back office with agents/customers)Customer service abroad, growing on the K4TM flowWhy join us Onboarding You will learn about our business model and business processes with the opportunity to get up close and personal with how our stores work.
