As a Customer Support representative, you will assist Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries.
This role includes a comprehensive relocation package to facilitate your move to Greece.

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and travel itineraries.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Educate customers on available services and guide them in making informed travel decisions.
Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions for quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
