This position is perfect for individuals looking to expand their horizons while supporting a leading company in the transportation services sector. As a Customer Support representative, you will assist Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries. This role includes a comprehensive relocation package to facilitate your move to Greece. If you are passionate about customer service and looking for a new adventure, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and travel itineraries.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on available services and guide them in making informed travel decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
- Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
