Team Management People Development: coordinare e motivare il team interno, composto da Project Manager e professionisti delle aree creative, progettuali e produttive. Gestione di Progetti Complessi: supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vita degli eventi, dalla fase creativa e di progettazione fino alla produzione e alla realizzazione finale.? Gestione del Budget: Assicurare una gestione efficiente del budget per ogni progetto, monitorando i costi e gestendo una puntuale reportistica sui progetti del team. ?
