La Sorgente - primaria azienda alimentare con un ricco portfolio di prodotti che includono: pasta fresca, gastronomia e chiacchiere nell'ottica di sviluppo - ricerca per lo stabilimento produttivo di Pessano con Bornago (MI) un/a Shift Manager A riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato insieme all'altro Shift Manager si alternerà nel coordinamento e nella gestione delle attività di produzione.
Nello specifico in riferimento al turno da lui seguito svolgerà le seguenti mansioni: ·  garantire la gestione efficiente/efficace del personale rispetto alle attività da svolgere; ·  gestire il turno di produzione; ·  assicurare i livelli definiti di qualità della produzione per il turno assegnato; ·   identificare e risolvere eventuali problemi che rallentano l'attività produttiva; ·   supervisionare le attività delle business unit a cui fanno riferimento i Capi Reparto; ·   verificare che la produzione sia allineata agli ordini distribuiti ai reparti; ·   supervisionare il corretto inserimento dei dati di tracciabilità e produzione nel software gestionale; ·   verificare le ricette/distinte base nel software gestionale; ·   aggiornare costantemente l'andamento dell'intera produzione al responsabile; ·   applicare e far rispettare le direttive e le procedure aziendali a tutto il personale; ·   controllare il corretto svolgimento delle attività di produzione e sanificazione nei reparti; ·   relazionarsi con i tecnici per le attività di manutenzione e/o riparazione di impianti e macchinari ordinando le parti di ricambio quando necessario e programmando le attività di manutenzione; ·   gestire gli ordini delle materie prime; Inoltre, dovrà supportare per: l'elaborazione dei costi di produzione, aggiornati e segnalare eventuali variazioni;  il rispetto degli orari dei turni produttivi;  l'efficienza dei turni produttivi;  la gestione delle risorse umane operanti all'interno del reparto;  la corretta turnazione delle ferie;  il rapporto con le cooperative Requisiti: ·   esperienza pregressa di 5/10 anni in mansioni analoghe nel settore gastronomia e/o pasta fresca dell'industria alimentare; ·   capacità di gestire e coordinare le risorse; ·   disponibilità al lavoro su turni (6:30-15:30) ·    flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in condizioni di variabilità dovute al carico di lavoro ed alle richieste dei clienti.
