Laboratory Technician

**The Person**
We're looking for a Laboratory technician who will help the company to develop our next generation products for e-mobility.
**Key features**
- High School Diploma in Technical/Scientific Field or university degree
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Work experience in laboratories or companies that carry out activities compatible with those mentioned below is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, judgment, sense of initiative, flexibility.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
**Main responsabilities**
- Assist and lead testing activities according to internal procedures and internal standards on enameled metallic wires like mechanical tests, electrical tests and adhes.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that samples are safely stored
- Report and document testing activities
- Write Operating Instructions for laboratory activities according to best practices and safety requirements
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define internal Lab Procedures
- Participate actively in the approval process of products and samples
- Suggest and be pro-active in new testing methods to increase the overall efficiency of the Lab
