**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The Revenue Growth Manager is a key lever in driving sustainable and efficient business growth in today's evolving CPG - consumer product goods - environment.
Understanding revenue growth and how to most efficiently drive net sales, profit, market and volume share is vital to delivering our overall business objectives.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited by analytics to insights and innovation vs. the status quo to join our Revenue Growth Management team
**Reports to**:Italy Commercial Finance Lead
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop long-term vision & strategy and provides thought leadership to build and execute a strategic RGM.
- Create breakthrough RGM strategies and initiatives that will accelerate NTO - total revenue of the company - growth for the Traditional Categories at BAT
- Serve the company as a key member of the Commercial Finance Team with a keen understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth.
- Work to ensure the achievement of RGM financial plans and supporting execution initiatives
- Coordinates RGM in-market team's developing and disseminating capabilities, metrics and performance indicators to measure performance and compliance
- Continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive velocity and net revenue growth
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team (including marketing, finance, IT) to develop revenue management strategies and to drive alignment and deployment
- Handle multiple projects within tight deadlines, and communicate to project leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely manner
- Support the development a robust portfolio strategy and price architecture to reflect the organization's changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape
- Provide pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments
- Maintain, augment and enhance the company's existing price & share modelling efforts
- Build key functional capabilities through combination of existing team development and new appointments

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University Degree in Economics or relevant area, with relevant professional qualification
- At least 6 years of experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, finance and/or category management
- Previous experience in a similar dynamic operating environment would be nice
- Analytical skills and data and insights driven
- Commercially focused and is consumer centric
- Influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e.
SAP / BI /BPC)
- Experience in analyzing reports, identify issues and challenges management
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen
- Ability to simplifying complex situations, communicate and present complex information
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative
- Ability to work under stress, process large volumes of data and create understandable summaries
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
