PQE Group has been at the forefront of these industries since 1998, with 40 subsidiaries and more than 2000 employees in Europe, Asia and the Americas.Following a new opportunity, we are currently looking for a Quality & Compliance Consultant based in Pomezia, Italy.You will be responsible for:Thoroughly review and assess batch records for compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with production teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during batch record reviewProvide expertise and guidance on improving batch record documentation processesLead and support the investigation of deviations from established procedures, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actionsWork closely with relevant departments to implement preventive measures to minimize the recurrence of deviationsMaintain accurate and detailed deviation records in compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee the complaint handling process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaintsConduct thorough investigations into product complaints, collaborating with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actionsProvide guidance on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfactionAbout you:Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline (preferred Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Technologies);2+ years of experience in a similar roleEnglish language fluency in speaking and writing (at least B2 level);Soft skills: Team Work, Relational & communication skills, proven analytical and problem solving skillsAvailability to travel up to 50% of the timeLocation: Pomezia, Italy - 100% on siteAvailability to travel up to 60% of the time.Next StepsUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
