Our solutions improve our customers business profitability and we have established our role as a trusted partner in pulp and paper and energy industries and are very proud of what we do.Your mainly activities will be:Service Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity & OT/IT NetworksAs a Service Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity & OT/IT Networks, you'll serve our customers providing advisory services on existing and/or new OT networks and cybersecurity.
Configuration, troubleshooting, audits, on topics like networks, virtualization and cybersecurity will be your main daily tasks.
You will work independently to deliver service activities and participate in project implementation and start-up together with our project resources.
Your contribution to actively supporting our service sales is expected, promoting Cybersecurity solutions that bring added value to our customers, and you will train our customers in the different technologies.
You'll participate in project implementation and start-up together with our project resources.You'll work mainly in Italy, but it is also possible to support our area, West Europe, when needed.
You will be regularly visiting our customers across your territory, having your basis in our Milan, Lucca or Gorizia offices.What you will need to be successful in the role:You must be a computer passionate who enjoys working with networks, IT related tasks, cybersecurity specially applied in automation in an industrial environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need in addition:Relevant educational background such as bachelor's degree in in IT, Automation or industrial engineering.Proven experience of min 5 years preferably in in networks, IT, and/or cybersecurity.Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux OSs and Networks configuration.Ability to work under pressure in different customer situations and in different cultural environments.Self-managed and ability to set your own daily and weekly priorities with the customer.Passion for serving customers, for collaborating with your colleagues, and for being a model of a highly technological generation.Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers benefit.Knowledge of some world-class automation technology is considered a plusGood command of English and Italian language, written and spoken.

Our offices are located in Milan, Lucca and Gorizia, but, after the onboarding period, you can also work remotely from home on the days you are not at the customer site.
