Joining the TUI Musement as **IT Support Specialist** based in Milan, you will be part of the Italian IT team, who support primarily Milan office and secondly in other Italian locations as well as abroad ones.
As an IT Tech, your focus will be on **Deskside Support (In Person or Remote)**.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to O365 support, W10 support (mainly, including imaging, we also have MacOS and *nix devices), issue troubleshooting and in general user's support.
Additionally, assisting with onboarding and offboarding of Users and corporate devices.
**Backoffice**: As needed the IT Tech also will act as "Smart hands" for the back-office infrastructure such as but not limited to servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, phone system, etc.
**Reporting and Special Projects**: Upon request the IT Tech may be asked to compile reports, track, and confirm inventory, or participate in special projects that go above and beyond their core and daily work.
**Collaboration and Growth mindset**: IT Techs belong not only to their local, and regional teams, but also are part of a global IT resource pool (and team).
Expectation is that the IT Tech commit to continuous growth and develop of his/her IT skillset, this includes excellent development of use of soft skills.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Work with 3rd party vendors, acting as liaisons e.g., Telcel, Telmex, etc.
- Assist in end user Education to assist in their Productivity e.g., help users migrate to OD or Teams.
- Willingness to learn and assist with IT Budgeting.
- Willingness to develop as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on a technology that falls within the scope of the TUI MM IT domain.
**ABOUT YOU**
- **
Strong Customer Services Skills: Polite, Professional, and Polished.
**:
- Speaks and writes fluent English.
- 3 years minimum of IT experience working Hands-On with Windows 10, Apple OS, smartphones in a "Help Desk" environment.
- Provide Deskside support (In Person or Remote) as needed to TUI MM -Americas internal employees.
- Maintain high availability during your shift either in the office or if working remote via TEAMS.
- ** Collaborate and share knowledge within your team**, contributing to the collective knowledge the team.
- Together with the TUI Commercial team, you will be responsible for generating accelerated growth of Activities & Experiences to existing and potential TUI customers around the world, through our digitally enabled interfaces.
- Experience and /or certifications on any of the following technologies is highly valued.
- Extensive experience with Windows 10
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience Apple iPads, iPhones
- Experience with Smartphones.
- Any experience in cloud solution and/or any digital platforms is considered as extra asset.
