Il/La candidato/a ideale lavorerà gestendo e collaborando con un team di 6 persone al fine di migliorare e gestire gli applicativi Software usati in azienda per semplificare le esigenze dei diversi ruoli presenti.
La risorsa, inserita come direttore del dipartimento, sarà impegnata nella gestione delle seguenti attività: Supervisionare lo sviluppo di applicazioni Software a supporto di processi di Business;Supervisionare lo sviluppo di applicazioni WEB;Gestire il team tecnico, assegnando i task, valutando le prestazioni e sviluppando piani di crescita e formazione; Monitorare i sistemi IT già presenti in azienda, pianificando e sviluppando eventuali interventi di empowerment;Sviluppare nuovi progetti IT, supervisionando la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e il monitoraggio e garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei budget e degli obiettivi stabiliti;Mettere a punto strategie di Cyber Security adeguate;Verificare il corretto funzionamento di software per la sicurezza; Redigere linee guida, protocolli e procedure funzionali;Gestire il budget affidato all'area tecnica;Collaborare costantemente con il resto del management;Supportare a livello tecnico le diverse funzioni aziendali, risolvendo eventuali problemi hardware e software e garantendo un ambiente di lavoro efficiente e sicuro; Stack tecnologico richiesto: Gnu/LinuxAsterisk (o conoscenza di protocolli e sistemi VOIP)Proxmox (virtualizzazione e container, KVM-Qemu/LXC)Active DirectoryGitGitLabNginxPHPGoLangAngularReactJSMySqlMongoDbOffice365Fondamentali soft skill: Capacità di comunicazione, ascolto attivo e problem solving;Ottima capacità di pianificazione e analisiOrientamento all'innovazione e al cambiamento;Conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese.Ottime capacità manageriali: programmare e strutturare efficacemente le attività proprie e dei collaboratori del team.
