Sibelco is a global material solutions company. We mine, process and sell industrial minerals at locations worldwide, focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics, and olivine. We are also leaders in glass recycling. The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.
Working closely with the VP Corporate Development and many cross-functional stakeholders within our minerals and recycling activities, you will be responsible for identifying & suggesting, as well as initiating & executing new business and significant growth opportunities for Sibelco in order to drive growth beyond the business-as-usual within Sibelco's strategic framework.
This is a very entrepreneurial but also hands-on role, where you will not only be responsible for new business development activities related to our key minerals but also for new recycling ventures and opportunities.
Thanks to your strong business development capabilities, technical savviness, and financial skills, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling new ideas from scratch and ensure Sibelco continues to adapt to new markets and grow global opportunities.
You ideally have acquired more than 15 years of experience in business development, project management, venturing, and growth-related roles in various industrial, international, and challenging environments. Knowledge of industrial minerals, recycling, or related industries would be a plus.
Your English must be fluent as it will be your day-to-day language. Any other additional language(s) will be welcome.
