Hotel Operations Division Agent MIKI Travel Agency Italia Srl is looking for a candidate to join our Hotel Operations Division, a very busy reservations team dealing with accommodation requests across Europe.
You would be responsible for supporting the team in delivering a high level of service to the sales teams, who are mainly based in China, South East Asia and Japan.
Your daily job would be to search accommodation for customers in busy and/or remote destinations. You will oversee your own workload, as well as help senior staff with some daily work tasks.
All the information and data will be input and processed in our in-house computer system.
This is an ideal opportunity to gain travel industry experience working for a company renowned for high-quality and attention to detail.
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential with a second foreign European language preferable.Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment.Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Proactive and problem-solving.Exceptional organisational skills.Proven ability to negotiate.Ability to work on their own or as part of a team.Friendly and efficient telephone manner.Good team player.Enthusiastic person with a 'Yes I can' attitude.To apply for the vacancy, please provide a cover letter.
