IT ANALYST
La persona selezionata, lavorando all'interno di un contesto internazionale, collaborerà con colleghi e consulenti per sviluppare e migliorare le procedure operative aziendali e le prestazioni dei sistemi IT per l'Area Servizi e si occuperà della progettazione e implementazione delle procedure operative più efficienti.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Proporre azioni/soluzioni per migliorare il supporto IT automatizzando e semplificando le attività, - Sviluppare le soluzioni più efficienti, documentando i requisiti tecnici e di business, guidando il team di implementazione, testando e promuovendo le soluzioni in produzione.
- Comunicare le modifiche e fornire formazione agli utenti chiave o agli utenti interessati.
- Gestire la manutenzione e il miglioramento dello strumento SAP FSM (Field Service Management), integrato con ERPS: SAP B1, SAP ECC e SAP 4/Hana.
